- I studied a B. Dietetics (Hons) at the University of Pretoria
- I studied through the HFPA and obtained a Higher Certificate in Exercise Science
- I also studied post graduate in Sport Nutrition, PCOS, Skin health, Plant Based Eating and IBS
- I have been practicing for 3 years and run my own private practice in Virgin Active Rosebank and online
- Besides offering meal plans and nutritional advice, I also offer excercise programmes, and I will help you to make food and exercise a part of your balanced lifestyle
- My favourite food is lemon cheesecake • I love to cook in my spare time
