Meal Plan Session 1
To receive a meal plan two consultations are needed.
The first consultation is your assessment session.

In this session we will do a body composition analysis – this will allow me to create a plan for you that is in line with your body and goals. We will also discuss other important aspects such as medical conditions, medication, your dietary likes, dislikes, requirements as well as exercise.
The purpose of this initial session is to allow me to create you a plan that is in line with you and your needs.
If you choose the online option – no Inbody assessment will be done, so we will do home measurements
Time: 1 hour

Meal Plan Session 2
A day or two later our second consultation will be scheduled.
In this consultation I will present you with your meal plan – I will also explain to you how to eat to reach your desired goals.

We will give you

  • Healthy Shopping lists
  • Food switch out lists
  • A calorie-counted menu
  • And anything else you may need to reach your goals.

We use this session not only to give you your personalised plan – but also to teach you how to eat in all types of situations
Time: 1 hour

Follow Ups
Follow ups are there to support you in reaching your goals – the number of follow ups needed is completely up to you and the amount of support you need in this process.
Some of our clients come weekly, some biweekly, monthly and even every six weeks.
Time: 1 hour

PACKAGE 2

Meal Structure
This consultation is an assessment session.
In this session we will do a body composition analysis – this will allow me to create a basic plan for you that is in line with your body and goals. We will also discuss other important aspects such as medical conditions, medication, your dietary requirements as well as exercise.

The purpose of this session is to allow me to create you a basic plan that is in line with you and your needs.

A day or two later we will email you your’ basic plan with dietary guidelines
Time: 1 hour

Discovery Vitality Assessments

This consultation is an assessment session.
In this session we can use the 30 minutes to achieve whatever you need to. There is no set out structure for this consult – you get 1000 points for coming to the consult – therefore, we can use the 30 minutes to talk about any nutrition related goal that you are working towards.

Time: 30 minutes

Body composition Analysis

Inbody Assessment
This consultation is an Inbody assessment session.
In this session we do an Inbody assessment using our Inbody 270 machine.
We will help you work towards your goals in this session by helping you understand you focus points as well as some basic dietary advice to help you reach any desired goal.
